I'm keeping it easy for the beginning of the year!
I'm not doing the whole "new year, new you". I'm still the same person I was two days ago. I am a very goal driven person though, so I need them in my life.
I've been thinking a long time about my word for the year. I have chosen Mindful. I want to be mindful of my surroundings and others, I want to be mindful of what goes into my body, I want to mindful of my purchases and how money is spent, I want to be mindful of the world. I want to be more aware and make a difference with that awareness. I'm not living under a rock, but I do want to concentrate on certain areas. I want to be mindful on how my energy is spent.
What is your word of the year?
I still need to think on my word of the year. It usually comes to me at some point! I love that little list you put at the bottom!
ReplyDeleteGo get 'em, Morgan! I like having goals too, but haven't come up with a word for the year. Gonna think on it a bit.
ReplyDeleteI like your list. I use Vision Cards to guide my year rather than making a New Year's Resolution. Mindful is a good word. I'm using Drive as mine for this year.
