The Microsoft Store offers free programs for Girl Scouts.
As Cadette Girl Scouts, they had a choice to either do the Netiquette Badge or the Digital Movie Maker Badge. They decided on the Digital Movie Maker.

movie doesn’t just tell a story, it shows a story. If you could show the whole world a story,
how would it make? Bright and
cheery? Fast-paced and full of changes
in scene? With what visual would it
start and end? You’ve probably spent
countless hours watching movies – now’s your chance to show others how you want
them to see the world.
Steps
- Learn digital video basics
- Film.
Then, film some more . . .
- Pick the perfect subject
- Action!
- Edit and premiere your movie
Purpose
When I’ve earned
this badge, I’ll know how to create a digital movie.
