I've been researching the weather for the places we are going to visit during vacation.
So far, Wyoming is looking fantastic. The first night we are staying in Wyoming, it is calling for abundant sunshine. I'm down for abundant sunshine.
For Yellowstone, they are predicting 60s during the day and on the day we are leaving, they are predicting snow. Snow happens in June?!?
But since we are leaving and traveling to southern Wyoming, we will have high 70s.
For our South Dakota part, we are going to have some lovely mid-60s with scattered storms. I'm totally okay with this. Spring storms are fun.
The night we stay in the Badlands, it will be warmer. Temperatures in the Badlands are historically higher than other parts of South Dakota.
It looks like we must prepare for all types of weather, dress in layers and not forget our rain fly. :)
What's your weather like?
It's difficult to pack for many different climates, but not impossible.
ReplyDeleteSounds like beautiful weather on your vacation! You're going through some gorgeous and intriguing parts of the U.S.!
ReplyDeleteI've always wanted to go to Yellowstone. It's on my "to do" list. And I had no idea there was a place called the Badlands in the US. Sounds like something out of a sci fi story. ;) I hope you have fair and lovely weather on your vacation!
