Ingredients
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 can tomatoes (use crushed or sauce)
- 1/2 pound chicken breast
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon basil (I didn't use quite as much)
- Trader Joe's 21 seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup of genelli or penne (I used Penne)
- 1/2 cup shredded parm cheese
Add all these ingredients, except the shredded parm cheese in a crock pot.
Turn your crockpot on low for 7 hours.
Add cheese at the end.
Serve with some yummy bread of some sort.
