It's My Wednesday!

It's my work week Wednesday!  Woo hoo!  I am taking the kids on our Missouri outdoor adventure this weekend. We aren't camping (it's too hot and humid for overnight), but we are doing all outdoor activities.  I have a housesitter lined up for the doggos and cats.  They should be good dog dogs for her as they know her.  They are big and they love people and sometimes they like to jump on people when they come over.  I think it's because they are tired of me.  Haha.
Facebook keeps giving me memories from the last derby season when my team went from losing all the games to playing in the Rink of Fire and winning it!  It was fun being captain and winning it all!  I do miss it.
I have been doing things for derby though.  I put up our "at home" practices for workouts, skills and footage review last night.  So far a couple people said they have tried a few of the workouts.
Yesterday was filled with so much laundry!  And I still have two more to do today.  This is mainly from Peyton getting back in town and washing all the camp the stuff.  We went and got his phone screen fixed yesterday too.  He's back in working order.

We received our new titles from HR in our email.... I am now a Programs Benefits Specialist.  I like Correspondence and Information Specialist better.  They said we could keep using our old titles if we wanted to.

Alli didn't have a cup.  Since it was all hers, it didn't really matter.  I just thought it was funny.
Kibben was the mattress king while we were putting together Alli's bed.  This cat absolutely loves it when you make beds.  He runs under the covers and plays in them.  It's hilarious.

The State of Missouri has offered mental health break webinars every Tuesday.  They started last week and I attended the first one and it was very well put together and had a lot of good info.  I am attending the one later today.

Life has been a lot of the same old, same old lately.  This little trip will break that up!

  2. One of my kitties loves bed making, too. It's like a game with her every morning.
