Self-care is defined as any activity we do deliberately in order to take care of our mental, emotional and physical health.
Here are some of mine:
- put on lip colors. They are fun and make me smile.
- petting and taking care of my animals. Even taking Buster on short car rides.
- reading, while taking long baths
- writing and organizing my thoughts. Planning things and getting excited about them.
- I've stopped using the computer during my lunch break.
