Another easy one!
Tomato Tortellini Soup
1 pkg frozen cheese tortellini
1 family sized can tomato soup
2 cups veggie broth
2 cups milk
2 cups half and half
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded Italian cheese
Cook the frozen tortellini according to the package.
After that's done, put everything in a big stock pot together.
Bring to a simmer.
Enjoy!
After making this recipe, this is how I would modify it:
I would get chicken tortellini instead of cheese.
If they didn't have the chicken tortellini, I would just add baked chicken
to it.
